8th place overall at the stunning #ironmanaixenprovence 🏊♂️🚵♂️🏃♂️. Definitely not the race I was hoping for. I did not feel good all day, but I’m happy to have finished one of the toughest courses under challenging conditions ☀️🌡️.
Placing 4th in my AG, I directly qualified for the #ironmanworldchampionship🌴🥥, nur did not accept the slot.

8. Platz gesamt (3.AK) bei den Deutschen Meisterschaften im Cross Triathlon in Schalkenmehren.

Finishing 6th overall at the „Seeland Triathlon“ in Murten on a warm sunny late summer day. Registering only 2 days before the race, it was a quite spontaneous, however, it was the right decision to race, as the weather forecast was more than perfect. Though, racing within the last block of training before a long-distance event is difficult, I am really happy with the result and my race.
